Making a cup
Instructions:
Combine 2 teaspoons of herbs in a tea infuser or tea bag.
You can add fresh ginger, slice thinly and add directly to the cup.
Bring water to a near boil (about 195°F or 90°C).
Pour hot water over the herbs.
Steep for 5-7 minutes.
Strain and enjoy.
Add honey/ sweetener to taste.
