Fight Infection Boost Immune

 

Ingredients: Echinacea, Spearmint, Ginger, Lemon Grass and Siberian Ginseng

 

Echinacea and Siberian Ginseng work synergistically to boost immune function and energy levels. Ginger and Lemon Grass complement each other in improving digestion and relieving muscle pain. Spearmint help balance the warming effects of Ginger with its cooling properties.

Echinacea:

Boosts immune function and helps fight infections, may reduces severity and duration of cold and flu symptoms

Clears heat and toxins from the body, particularly effective for upper respiratory infections.

May help with urinary tract infections, vaginal yeast infections, and slow-healing wounds

Assist with circulation, assist in stopping cough by warming the lungs.  Assist in warming the digestive system to assist with digestion. 

Ginseng is an adaptogen to assist with stress, strengthen the earth and nourish the kidney, providing  energy and vitality

May  help with high blood pressure, inflammation, and respiratory tract infections. Potentially enhances cognitive function and exercise performance*

 

Making a cup

Instructions:

  1. Combine 2 teaspoons of herbs in a tea infuser or tea bag.

  2. You can add  fresh ginger, slice thinly and add directly to the cup.

  3. Bring water to a near boil (about 195°F or 90°C).

  4. Pour hot water over the herbs.

  5. Steep for 5-7 minutes.

  6. Strain and enjoy.

  7. Add honey/ sweetener to taste.
